Honrie Carter Issac
Haughton, LA – A graveside service for Honrie Carter Isaac was held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Ruggs Bluff Cemetery in Point, LA. Officiating was Bobby Ball. Visitation was held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City.
Honrie was born February 21, 1931 in Union Parish to Sherman and Arzel Griffin Carter. She passed away September 9, 2018 in Haughton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Hales.
Honrie is survived by her children, Willis Hales and wife, Judy of Haughton, Bobby Hales of Haughton, Ricky Wiltcher and wife, Rose of Coushatta and Teresa Turner and husband, Henry of Haughton; sisters, Beth Crumley and husband, Willie of Bastrop, Syble Sanders of West Monroe; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
