BOSSIER CITY- Services celebrating the life of Imogene Mayberry, 100, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Reverend Kevin Coffman officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends for visitation at 12:00 p.m. until service time.
Imogene was born in Morrilton, AR on October 6, 1916. She was loved by all who knew her. She was a spiritual, compassionate lady who spread joy as she enjoyed life. She lived a life of dignity, dedication and gratitude. She enriched the lives of everyone she touched. She was generous of heart, mind and soul and helpful to everyone in need. She was unwavering in her faith and walk with God. She was truly honorable as she honored everyone. She was one of a kind. She will be greatly missed and forever treasured. HER LEGACY IS LOVE.
She was a member of North Point Community Church and had love for life, family and friends.
Imogene was preceded in death by her mother, Viola Montalbo; stepfather, Joe Montalbo and three brothers, Grady, Harley and Billy Mayberry.
She is survived by daughter, Mary Love; son, Joe Osborn; grandchildren, David, Darren, Cindy and Connie Osborn; great grandchildren; Allen Pernell, Nick Terket, Chris and Laina Osborn; sisters in law, Idel Mayberry and Ruby Mayberry; nieces Linda MacDonald, Catherine Wheat and Carolyn Schwartz and nephew, Billy Lee Mayberry.
