All Y’all Live scheduled for March 11-12 at Bossier’s East Bank Theatre

Tickets now on sale for two-night storytelling event featuring true stories told by and about moms, dads and the ties that bind

All Y’all, a live storytelling event series and podcast based in Shreveport, Louisiana, will host its seventh and eighth live events back-to-back at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 11 and Saturday, March 12 at the East Bank Theatre in Bossier City.

All Y’all Live: “Momma and Daddy” will feature true stories told live without notes onstage in front of a live audience. The theme of both events is stories of motherhood, fatherhood and the ties that bind. Tickets are $10 for each night and may be purchased in advance at www.allyallblog.com. Advance ticket purchase is recommended as past events have sold out. Some stories may contain adult references or strong language; All Y’all events are recommended for mature audiences.

“This is our first-ever two-night event, and the largest event we’ve ever organized,” said Chris Jay, co-founder of All Y’all and an event organizer. “We couldn’t be happier to be returning to the Bossier Arts Council and East Bank Theatre for these two nights of unforgettable true stories.”

Storytellers for the Friday, March 11 event include Kathy Melancon, Lido Villasenor, Elizabeth Beauvais and more. Storytellers for the Saturday, March 12 event include Daniel Ukpabi, Michael Chisum, Dr. Jaya McSharma, Will McGrew, Laura Crawford and more. Live musical interludes will be performed by Brittney Maddox and Chelsea Norman on Friday, March 11 and Alan Dyson on Saturday, March 12. Both programs are expected to run approximately two hours including an intermission. Vegetarian snacks will be catered by GoGreenly during intermission and a cash bar will be available.
