Obituary: Tara Rae Linebarger

BOSSIER CITY – Funeral Service for Tara Rae Linebarger, 33, of Snyder Texas, will be held at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held the morning prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Neath Southside. Interment will follow at Wimberly Cemetery in Ringgold, Louisiana.

Tara was born February 28, 1984 to Joe Paul Linebarger Jr. and Tami in Bossier City, LA. She struggled with diabetes since the age of 8. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 3, 2017.

Tara graduated from Southwood High school in 2001. She grew up in Christ United Methodist Church and was active in the youth group.

Tara was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Joe Linebarger Sr., and Nell Jane Linebarger; maternal grandparents, Robert L. Warren, and Staton J. Thomas; aunts, Barbara Linebarger Stenstroph, and Mary Ellen Linebarger and uncle, Randall S. Thomas.

Left the cherish her memories are parents, Joe Linebarger, Jr., and Tami Linebarger; maternal grandmother, Floyce W. Hahn; daughter, Dylan Rae Linebarger; brother, Joe Linebarger III and wife, Megan Linebarger, Troy Robert Linebarger, and Jake Randall Linebarger. Along with aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at jdrf.org.
